Resume Studio

Most resumes are rejectedbefore a person reads them.

Resume Studio is three tools built on one scoring engine. See what a screener picks up, rebuild the resume you already have, or generate one from your profile — and get the same score from all three, so you know whether a change actually worked.

  • 8 sectionseach scored separately, so you see where you're losing points
  • 6 marketseach scored against its own local conventions
  • Same file, same scoreno AI guesswork, the result doesn't drift
How the score is built

A score you can check for yourself, because you can see where every point came from.

Every check returns the same eight sections. Each section has a fixed maximum, and the eight add up to exactly 100 — nothing hidden, no extra category quietly doing the work.

  • Run it twice, get the same score

The scoring follows fixed rules — it is not AI guessing a number. The same file gives the same score every time, which is the only way you can compare before and after.

  • The job description is scored separately

First you see your resume's own score. Then you see the points this job description added or removed. You always know which part of the number is your resume and which part is the job.

  • Unreadable means a warning, not a low score

If your file is a scan or an image, an ATS cannot read any text from it. The report tells you this clearly instead of showing you a score that means nothing.

8 sections · 100 points · 8 sections · 100 points · These maximums are fixed in the engine — they do not change from resume to resume.

The three tools

Three ways to start. The same score at the end of each one.

They read the same details and use the same engine, so moving between them never loses the work you have already done. They are not three separate products joined by one login.

01

ATS Score Checker

You have a resume and no idea why it is not landing.

Upload the file you have been sending. The report tells you what a screener pulls out of it, what it never sees, and which fix is worth the most points.

What you get: A score out of 100 across eight sections, each with its own ceiling. Add a job description and you see your resume's own score first, then what that job added or removed. A readability check runs first, and fixes are ranked by what each one is worth.

Scored against the conventions of the country you apply in — the six markets are normed separately, so the same file can score differently in each.

  • Scored out of 100, in eight partsEach section has a fixed ceiling, so you see where the points went
  • The posting is scored separatelyYour document’s own score, then what the posting added or removed
  • A parse check before anything elseA scanned PDF is named as unreadable rather than given a polite number
  • Fixes ranked by what they recoverThe order to do them in, not a wall of advice

02

Resume Redesign

Your experience is right. The document is doing it no favours.

The wording, the section order and the layout get rebuilt around what a parser can read. Your facts are carried over unchanged; nothing is added to make the page look better.

What you get: A redesigned resume with sections reordered for the market you are applying in, all existing content preserved. Delivered as a PDF, with your old and new scores shown together.

  • Rewritten, not inventedVerbs, structure and filler change. Jobs, dates and numbers do not
  • Six ATS-safe layoutsPlus German and Indian variants where the local format differs
  • Before and after, same engineBoth versions go through the checker. The gap is a number
  • Every version keptDownload as PDF; earlier drafts stay in your history

Generate Resume

You do not have one worth sending yet.

Built from the profile you already filled in. No upload, no blank page. It comes out scored, so you start from a number instead of a hunch.

What you get: A resume built from your profile, in the section order the market you are applying in expects, scored the moment it arrives.

  • Nothing to uploadYour profile is the input. The other tools read it too
  • Ordered for the marketOrder and conventions follow the country you apply in
  • Scored on deliveryIt arrives with an ATS score already on it

The uncomfortable parts

Three thingsa resume tool should tell you.

Every claim below is a property of how the tools are built, not a promise about what happens after you apply.

It flags when your resume reads as machine-written

Buzzword density, sentence uniformity, repeated verbs and identically shaped bullets are scored and named. A tool that can write for you should be able to tell you when it shows.

Your experience stays yours

A rewrite changes wording, order and formatting. It does not add a role, a degree, a skill or a number you did not give it. The facts that go in are the facts that come out.

One engine behind all three tools

Checker, redesign and generate score through the same code. A redesigned resume and a fresh check of that file return the same number, because there is only one number to return.

Scored against the market you are applying in

A resume that is right for one country is wrong in another. The engine is normed per market, so the same file can score differently in two places. It will tell you why.

  • United StatesThe engine’s baseline norming
  • IndiaFresher-friendly ordering, local formats
  • United KingdomTwo-page CV, British spelling
  • CanadaVolunteering counted as its own section
  • AustraliaAustralian CV conventions
  • GermanyDIN 5008, photo and personal-details block

The questions worth asking

Is the score just an AI guess?
No. Eight rule-based checks with fixed ceilings produce it, which is why the same file scores the same twice. The AI does the rewriting. It does not decide the number.
Will a rewritten resume sound like a robot?
The rewrite works from your own bullets rather than a template. The report separately scores how machine-written the text reads, so if it does start to sound like one, you see that before a recruiter does.
Do I have to upload a file at all?
For the checker and the redesign, yes. Both work on the document you are already sending out. Generate is the exception. It builds from your profile, which is the whole point of it.
Does it work outside the United States?
It is normed for six markets: the US, India, the UK, Canada, Australia and Germany. Your file is scored against that market’s conventions rather than translated from an American resume.
What does it cost to find out?
The free plan includes 20 credits a month, and every AI tool draws from that same allowance rather than from a separate quota per tool. No card to start.
What happens to my resume afterwards?
It stays in your account. Versions are kept, so you can go back to an earlier one, and you can delete them from your history when you no longer need them.
